A professional hair stylist and clothing designer, David Wayne Rumpel is meticulous about every detail – hair health, beauty and style. He specializes in precision custom cuts, extraordinary color, highlights, low-lights, color correction, gentle permanent straightening, make-up, brow waxing, image makeovers, color analysis, private weddings, specials events and much more for both men and women.

His previous experience includes 14 years of visual merchandising where he evaluated and interpreted styles and trends for clothing and hair. Later David Wayne graduated from architecture drafting school only to realize that career would not fuse his full range of skills. David Wayne excelled at Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School acquiring cutting edge hair and color techniques. This was the career that married his skills and love of people.

Recently, he performed on stage with Carson Kressley (Queer Eye For The Straight Guy), Stephanie Kocielski, Artistic Director for Paul Mitchell, and assisted Vivienne MacKinder, recipient of the NAHA Maser Hairdresser of the Year award.

David Wayne works with Paws In The City, donating his time at their annual fundraising events. He also designs costumes and hair for the Arthur Murray Dance Studio staff. He is currently designing an exciting, complete line of recycled material accessories and clothing.

David Wayne also is an active ballroom dancer and works with many clients in the perfomance and arts industry doing special events, fundraisers for children and animal kindness groups.
